I agree, you can get burned out real quick by doing so. Thats the reason why I sometimes will just keep it light for a week

Thats not the case I think, 1500-1600 problems are still too much for a 1350 ratings right. I often dont overload until I can at least solve 50% of that range by myself. But thanks for the suggestion !
