If every name in Vishnu Sahasranama has hundred meanings according to Sri Madhva, I wonder why didn't he write a commentary on it? Unlike Rig Bhashya on first forty Suktas, he hasn't written illustrative commentary also. Has any other pontif in the Maadhva tradition written such a commentary?
Many acharyas in the line of Sri Madhvacharya have written vyakhyanas on Vishnu Sahasranama. And, it's not that Srimadhacharyaru is obligated to us in any way to write commentaries to everything. Just as Sri Ramadevaru gives opportunities to the devatas in the yuddha, Srimadacharyaru leaves the vyakhyanas to his anuchararu - like how the vyakhyana by Jayatheertharu was foretold.
