Well the Camino is certainly “throwing up” some challenges late in the piece…quite literally. Poor Callum started feeling unwell yesterday and couldn’t walk today. The kids and I went ahead and he caught a taxi to our next destination. As the day went on he got progressively worse...and I felt progressively worse for leaving him behind :( We are not sure what this will mean for our Compestella but the kids are adamant we need to finish walking the entire Way!

Yes we had mobiles and purchased a UK simcard that we could use across Europe. Our phones are owned outright and unlocked so we had no issues using these✌️💙💛

poor Callum. thats such a shame to get sick at that late point in the camino. I guess the other option of him waiting it out so he could still walk was not an option or you guys having a rest day so he can catch you up when he feels better? Hope he felt better soon
