Can you please play Tennessee Waltz? I have listened to this on repeat and my heart just sings every time. I would love to hear you play Tennessee waltz. I'm an amateur player and I just hearing you play, I learn from it!
Patti - this song is usually done with a lot of double stops and those are great, but when Jeremy hits the double time section, your fill in notes make this one of the best versions I've ever heard. Very western-swingy. :) Just truly fantastic. I've played it with double stops all my life, but gonna have to learn this version and throw it in as well.
Beautifully done. My girls just looked at me - as if to say "Oh! THAT'S what it's supposed to sounds like?!" I need to soup up my fiddle skills! You set the bar so high!!
If I had a nickel for everytime I've danced to this it would pay to have the boots I wore out dancing to this resoled and buy gas to get me to the next dance. Love it!
Thank you Patti, you you play so many of the old tunes my mother played on the violin and I would accompanied with the keyboard. So glad that you are keeping that old music going.
Hi Patty, I am so happy to have found your webpage and listening to your beautiful playing. I took a couple of lessons from you years ago. When we lived in Lorette Manitoba. But I didn’t have the time to practice, anyway your fiddle sounds great! Thanks for all the music…..Eugene S.
One of my all time favorites Great job. This one always gets them on the dance floor at our jamborees. Love the back up Jeremy. I don't know where you find all these great chords. I'm pretty sure they are not in my guitar.
Well done and especially great if you learned that in less than a year. I'm just starting at 67 and Faded Love is one of the songs I'd like to eventually learn to play as well as you just did.
Hi Patti you sure a great job on violin and your friend Is it jerry on piano I love old time music my birthday coming up on December 8/18 I will be 73 years old. Keep up a good work.
alan4sure right on I’ve just never seen that kind of playing before and I love listening to your fiddle music; Jeremy is an awesome musician on the guitar and piano
Excuse me?? What does that mean? I don’t know who else’s sound I have. 🤔 I have had a lot of mentors in my life and developed my own sound from countless hours of listening and playing along with them. Anyway, my own sound has allowed me to make a living playing and teaching music for more than 35 years so I’ll keep doing what I’m doing.
