The filler pipe. Less esthetically pleasing the way it's done. But absolutely makes it easier to use from the ground plus a slight reduction in actual stress of the hose at it's connection with the nozzle assembly. Andy's absolutely correct In his justification for why he welded the filler pipe on the tank the way he did.
Andy some people have to complain about something. I used run a c/stores store all our gas and diesel nozzles had swivels on them made filling vehicles so much easier.
Good video Andy. You know Andy you ought to do things the way I think you should do them because I'm happy only when I'm criticizing someone's work! I enjoyed your "boring" video! Let's keep those truck breakdowns down. I bet you wish you'd thought of that!
Hey Andy they do make fittings for sightglasses with a ball check valve made in them. We use sightglasses on tugboats , we are at 85ft twin Cat 3512 engines. We carry right at 50k gallons of fuel 1k gallons of lube oil 500 gallons of waste oil. The sight tube we have are actually glass. Just a little insight on different sightglasses that are used in marine vessels, and no they have never broke.
Andy I think that western star looks pretty sharp fits into the freightliner camp and like the color of the freightliner but then that's close to my truck color of choice shine er up keep on keeping on brother
We have an agreement with them that I can’t discuss but they move to all of our neighbors fields and so far they seem pretty happy with how we kept up with our end of the bargain.
Hay Andy have a question there is a dairy farmer there in the same county that i live in and he has a water tank on his chopper and with a spray bar that is hooked to the head and he sprays water on the hay i will try to get some pictures of it and email them to you if you would like that let me now please.
Andy i do believe that petercar needs to find a new home. I know if ya don’t want ur vehicles stolen these days you don’t need a alarm system on it just buy a standard shift vehicle it’s pretty bad when companies half to put automatic transmissions in them because todays drivers can’t shift a truck. Hell Andy your kids can out drive most guys on the road today. And for y’all that can’t shift standards y’all needed to grow up on a farm
