Rada looks like a future star. And he was jumping WAY over the top of the hurdles. Definitely can tighten that up and get even faster. Valensin the Italian girl looks like a serious talent over 200m and 400m as well.

@@younghegelian1 No, it is not good to be to high over the hurdle. He needs to learn how to clear the hurdle in his running form not leaping to high to clear. Run, not leap, a big difference and it will show up in his time. He is a potential 13. talent with good coaching....

@@robertdaniels3029It looks to me like he already clears the hurdles in stride with his running form instead of jumping over them. He's also used to competing at the senior hurdles which might explain why he has some space left over these hurdles.

4x 400m girls - do rules allow - on the home stretch - changing lanes like Italian girl did? She kept moving to the lane of the girl who chased her. Italian done it ever so slightly - for last 60m ? - she was in lane no.1 - with a girl behind her - but finished in lane no. 3. Obstructing the run of your opponent?
@maurizioberlanda100
@maurizioberlanda100 Месяц назад
From your comment it seems that you did not see the race. It is not a 4x400 but a Swedish relay (100m+200m+300m+400m) and Valensin was more than 2 meters ahead in the final straight. If the Polish athlete had run straight she would have run fewer meters (Valensin ran diagonally and therefore ran more meters).
@lejeczek
@lejeczek Месяц назад
@@maurizioberlanda100 I was hoping some experts roam here, experts who have working knowledge of official rules - debates between amateurs such as myself are pointless. Takes no effort at all, to imagine an edge case scenario: a runner starts in lane no. 1 and runs across all lanes to the last one while competitor(s) just behind chasing in those lanes - same question applies: do rules allow it? (meters - more or fewer, matter not, nobody cares, nobody counts meters an individual runner covers)
@maurizioberlanda100
@maurizioberlanda100 Месяц назад
@@lejeczek I am not a rules expert but seeing those races (as also happens in the 4x400 after the first lap) all the athletes come out of their lane and run in the first lane. So I guess it is permissible to change lanes enche because in the final, as you can see, more athletes crossed the finish line in 2nd and 3rd lane.

@namenlos2578
@namenlos2578 Месяц назад
@@Longhairdoooo were you drunk? This was not 100, 200 or 400 m, where changing lane is not permitted. Every athlete changes lane if she/he likes in >400 m races. Your polish heroin could have done the same, but she lacked any energy at that point and would have lost in any case. So, try to be honest/correct and abstain from alcohol.
@namenlos2578
@namenlos2578 Месяц назад
@@Longhairdoooo Either you were drunk or you are an incompetent/incorrect/dishonest person. Changing lane is allowed in any race >400 m in athletics. Also your preferred polish athlete could have done it, thus covering a longer distance (as the Italian athlete did). The polish lady did not do it, because she was clearly exhausted: she would have lost no matter what, dude.
