Today we will be meeting Adam, Senior Commercial Manager of Fleet North, based at Crown Point depot in Norwich who is a Senior Leader Level 7 apprentice. He discusses how he creates a balance between work and learning as well as how it will benefit his career and future.
It’s #NationalApprenticeshipWeek and just under 200 Greater Anglia colleagues are currently undertaking qualifications.
