Today is the 4th day of my weight loss journey. I ate more today than normally what I eat. But it’s ok because I am not demotivated. My focus is to lose 15 kgs in 100 days.
Please support me and subscribe my channel. Your comments can make my day. I have been depressed and bullied just because of my weight but I know I need to reduce weight to be in a good shape.
Consistency works. I will make 100 videos, one video every day. With these 100 videos I want to show that how consistency works for us. I also want to show that all we need is a courage. Sometimes if there is no one to encourage you call out the world and I am sure there are 8 billion people in world how is it possible that not even 10 people will support you in your journey.
