Today's video includes simple but powerful Qi Gong movements you can incorporate in your daily wellness routine on its own or together with yoga practice.

Today's movements will be all about breathwork - the inhale and exhale to improve your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. We will continue to work on energy flow through your body and will introduce some new movements that will help you reach a deep state of relaxation.
It is important to note that Qi Gong is also a spiritual practice.
The breath work brings out a lot of emotions, and you can experience an emotional release during the practice, which is a good sign.
When performing the movements, it is encouraged to visualise the sea,
movements found in nature, a river flowing down the mountain
or waves coming into shore. Whatever naturally comes to mind for you.
Being consistent is so important with practices like this and even 5min a day will make a difference. It is recommended to start your day with Qi Gong but it can be practised at any time of the day.
