I've know slow healing is also due to diabetes so I don't know if your dealing with this as well (its none of my business of course), but just a thought. I'm saying prayers for you for healing. ❤

Why isn't anyone helping you with this. You need to take this redness a lot more seriously. To be pessimistic is a safer bet than misguided optimism. Eat fresh pineapple it has bromelain a healing agent and drink mango juice.
You may need to take more zinc and vitamin A. Research this beyond doctor's orders. You might learn how to fix this. But your nipples look like they were reattached by a bartender.
