I could understand when the females were using (abusing) Lucy to make themselves feel big and important in the group, but now the guys are also doing it...bunch of cowards, SMH. Lucy is misunderstood, and all of them see her as easy prey. Anything there is a task or role-play in the house I watch how nobody listens to her ideas/suggestions - they brush aside all her suggestions and you can clearly see the frustration in her. I can understand why they feel she's difficult to work with, but the whole house including Big Brother has played a part in isolating her. I definitely do not want a Big Brother like Biggie, he's no good - if he was he will realise he has a responsibility to every single person in the house and protect them from bullying. This is pure bullying, and Big Brother better steps in quick before something bad happens in the house - unless he wants to face law suits

In cooperate world...being a team player is the most valuable skill you may possess above technical knowledge. She's jonsing and this would not take her far in life. No real brand would want to work with someone who is not a team player. Team work may not be highly valuable in Naija but in developed countries it is no. 1

No matter how provoked you maybe as a result of another's behaviour, no human have the right to shout and talk down on another individual. If Kiddwaya, Erica, Prince, Neo, Nengi do have a choice, so does Lucy and her choice is valid. The idea of condescending on her only reveals that they do not respect her, and feel that they can impose anything on her. That is wrong, and I'm glad she stood up against them. Never bow at a bully, it will never earn you any respect
