This is day 5 of our Sikkim trip.
Sikkim is one of the most beautiful destination of India. In this series you will see beautiful destinations of Sikkim.
In this vlog you we will go Zero Point, Yumthang Valley. Zero Point is the last point for civilians beyond that no one is allowed to go. Yumthang Valley also known as Valley of Flowers, in summers the valley is fully covered with purple/lavender colour flowers which looks very beautiful.
IMPORTANT INFO: North Sikkim is a protected area, that's why Aadhar card is not accepted there as a valid Id proof. These following documents are accepted for applying for the permit of North Sikkim
1: Voter ID Card
2: Driving Licence
3: Passport
To visit Zero Point and Yumthang Valley we need to get permit a day before departure to North Sikkim. The permit is mandatory for all tourists who want to visit North Sikkim. You can get your permit from Gangtok, your tour operator or your car/taxi driver will help you to get it.
In the whole Sikkim according to me North Sikkim is the most beautiful district of the Sikkim. I must recommend you all to visit North Sikkim once in your lifetime.
