thank you for replying me back. I have doubt, how to use the return value of full name from the script include and set the value to first name and last name field on the form? I want to know how we can use multiple return values at the same time using glide ajax, i mean at the response while converting the rerun values. Can you please explain me this if you don’t mind? this has been my question ever since i started exploring the glide ajax as newbie. Thank you

One issue not noted in debugging besides the sysparam > sysparm issue is that the client script passed a string 'callerDetails' as sysparm_value instead of the variable callerDetails. This was corrected in the final script but was not shown in the debugging.

These videos are such high quality. Excellent instruction, very clear, and the focus on real world requirements and interview questions is so helpful.

I believe around 26:40 you mentioned DOM Manipulation but in ServiceNow 2024, best security practices suggested AVOIDING DOM Manipulation.

@@learnservicenowwithravi Here, parent table is control objective and on this table there is a field called "parent" so if i add the exiting parent field it should fetch the descp from parent.
