This cookbook uses AI to determine the ingredients and two top chefs to develop the recipes. For data and AI nerds it’s a great reference to see what IBM Watson is doing to move toward a future of Star Trek replicates food. We’re not there yet, but it’s fascinating to peek at their framework. For chefs, it’s intriguing to see how the engineers are thinking about it. All and all, a yummy read.
