The behavior is called “gular fluttering,” and it is something that a lot of birds do in order to cool off. it vibrates the moist tissue in its throat as it rapidly inhales and exhales through its open mouth.

My first time watching and what a great pair you are. Fran is poetry in motion as she swims free under the water and looks like she belongs there, sleek and elegant like the fishes. Stricks knowledge of everything around him stands them both in good stead and keeps them safe. And both so cheerful, which is what we love best. I don't normally subscribe after watching just one show, but this is special. Fran you are precious.

Feel so happy to see YOUR joy catching fish! And birds... My deceased mother, born in Sea Sami family in 1919, was an expert fisherwoman in Finnmark.. After 2nd world war she came to Oslo and married there. She loved fish for food. I remember she made whale meat dishes! A good cook!

Thank You!!! That was an AMAZING adventure! When you nailed that Tuna. I thought that Tuna is going to drag you around a bit! Sure enough! Catching them from the boat is challenging. From a Kayak is insane, but from free floating in the is CRAZY! The first Snorkeling, the fish were so beautiful! The second Snorkeling was even better! The Turtle leaning on the rock underwater was PRICELESS! And to finish it off with a SPECTACULAR Sunset! Let's not forget Fran feeding the Shark, like feeding the Ducks! LOL!
