Does it get easier… I’m moving in a year and I’ll be 16 when I move I’m moving from America to Hungary and I have to leave everything behind I don’t want to leave I’ll most likely never see them again but I’ll make sure that every summer or every other summer me and my best friend with out our money together and one of us will travel im so fucking scared bro

i live in cali and it was so weird to see how at 2:30am it was still kinda light out, it gets pitch black at 9:30pm here and isn't light out till 5:30am. also no one goes out after 12 really when ur in high school so that was crazy to see the difference there

I'm watching this as I've been crying alot tonight as my little girls best friend is moving away. They're only year 3 and so close and my daughter is SO sad and said what will I do? Who will I play with?she has lots of other friends but they are in their own little friendship groups and my baby feels so lost and alone. My heart is shattering in pieces for her. Any smart adult American will tell you, America is like a dream because it's only like that when you're sleeping. Being under 18 is not as bad, but once you're an adult and you realized how many rights we actually dont have (especially as women) and the work environment, Health care, ect. It's not great

It is my dream too to live a year in the US and experience American high school etc. but I defenitely want to live in the Netherlands (where I live now) when I'm an adult. I think it's the same for her (but then with Sweden ofc😂)

High school here is definitely complex. We have to have 21 credits or you can't graduate. Also our college is out of pocket, i know some places in the Europe pay for you college (uni). Honestly when I was in high school I had 2 jobs, because when your 18, you're expected to move out on your own, and minimum wage from even 2 jobs, you're scraping to live. Also you're extremely lucky to live in the Netherlands. I'd give you my citizenship for yours. 😂

Do you mean what do I know women lack? Here's a America history lesson; The National Women’s Conferencecalled for ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, which would explicitly ban discrimination based on sex. The women asked for affordable childcare, equal pay for equal work and that the federal government fund abortions for women who could not afford the procedure. They stressed the importance of national healthcare. They called for an end to discriminatory rape laws. They demanded the nation stop deporting immigrant mothers of American-born children. In 2016 New York enacted 12 weeks of paid family leave- and rolling back in others - Ohio recently recently banned abortions at 20 weeks which violates the viability threshold set by the Supreme Court in Roe v. Wade. Ohio's law does not include exceptions for rape or incest. (As of 2018 almost all 50 states have passed this bill, and for the younger girls. It takes about 4-6 weeks before you even have an idea you could be pregnant) NO EXCEPTIONS FOR RAPE OR INCEST. Make sure you get that part, its important.
