The lady says it very well,this public participation is very cosmetic, because they did not consider ,neutrality,mobility and civic education.This is a sham and all this Mps acting like they are acting for our behalf but in my view it's about their interest.
You can send it by mail and email. Kenyans please, be proactive. Online page of parliament, you can send by mail. You can't reach 290 constituencies for just one parliamentary activity. How long would bills take?
Great discussion here, for important issues like Shif , finance bills, Adani, KPA privatization, they didn't involve public participation and if they pretend to do, They don't buy what people have said but they make follow their own interests, e.g, Housing levy people Didn't want it almost 80% of the public but they force it!!

Why public participation? I thought Kenya is Dps Gachagua company those who have more shares should go for partispation,. I personally I don't care we want our country back same people are billionaire's must they be holding public offices?

Please inform the lady that on the parliamentary page, you can submit it there. Kenyans are too aloof on civic matters. You cant do public participation everywhere in the country. How long will a bill take, and how much? Inform Kenyans to get to Parliamentary website and use the template tgerein. Though I agree this should be on all bills and government policies. Even make it cost effective
