Watching your videos makes me feel so happy because it gives me a glimpse as to what running a bakery business is actually like and it can be rewarding but it also can be quite terrifying and difficult. For me I'm kind of scared on weather to have a bakery or becoming a home baker, and I have anxiety, so I guess if I where to run a bakery I would be happy and also feel very anxious, so I don't know😭

Id just advise no one with a nut allergy eat any cookies that are made in a kitchen where nuts are used. Even if that cookie doesnt have nuts in it directly. Contamination is real and can kill.

the "cake taste better on day 2" is sooo true lol I always bake my cake in the afternoon so that I can eat it the next day. I don't know why but they taste sooo much better the day after baking.

Hello Brooke,im 13 and i really appreciate the work you do I would really recommend you to keep a halal sign so that muslims can come and try because my friends came to visit Australia they had saw ur bakery cuz its really popular on internet but since they didn't see halal sign they went back... For a new recipe, I would suggest orange. It is fresh like lemon, but sweeter. You could add candied pieces of orange to the dough 🍊Good luck to you; personally I never eat cookies or anything with wheat, but I love baking 😂
