The Dark Chocolate Award recognizes a woman who has sweetened the dark moments in life. Maybe she has sweetened the dark moments in her own life or maybe the lives she has sweetened have been of those around her. The recipient will win a year’s supply of fine chocolates from Mrs. Cavanaugh’s Candies.
