Hey Patricia it's great to see you again on your adventures! I love your hiking vlogs,well - FOMO, LOL and basically all your vlogs! I live in Southern New Jersey and it is a very flat landscape near Sea level. My hiking today was on the beach in Ocean City. I used to hike and camp in California, Colorado, Northern New Jersey and New York! The scenery up there where you live looks amazing. Thank you so much for posting new videos! I used to grab topographic, "50 favorite trails" books, or national forest maps (yes, in paper and protected with ziplock bagging) before I went out on a recommended trail. The route always changed, so the maps were indispensible. Feel bad that you are flying blind with no data service. I'm sure people have good mobile devices with all the maps and books stored for offline use. Will watch the comments to see what hikers suggest.

that's a workout and a half! the view from the summit was beautiful! how many meters above sea level was that? thanks for sharing :) edit: I have no more plans for this year..just work as usual 😕
