We got to pick our favorite horses, visit the UMAJO (Horse-themed) cafe, try traditional foods, watch the horse race and more! The karaage was BOMBB! Tokyo Racecourse is located in Fuchu, a short 30-minute ride by express train from central Tokyo. Built in 1933, the Tokyo Racecourse has 13,750 seats and a capacity of 223,00 fans. Offering a view of Mt. Fuji to the southwest, this is the Japan Racing Association's largest racecourse. Many famous races are run here including the Japan Cup, Japan Cup Dirt, Japanese Derby (Tokyo Yushun), and the Yasuda Kinen. It is the Japan Racing Association's biggest racetrack, with a turf, dirt and jump course, and races are run to the left.
