I’ve been watching your videos for a little while now and realized you don’t really cook meat because of the cleaning (me too!!) so I highly recommend Trader Joe’s Free Range chicken Breast Strips!! That is the only meat I eat and it’s really simple to clean and doesn’t have too much skin/ fat or nerves/veins!! I hope this helps; if not FlavCity goes into detail about meats, vegetables & fruits to buy at the supermarket!!

I love these videos. It's so much fun how you spend so much time with family. Me and my husband are only children and I always wished I had a sis in law or bro in law. Its not so much a trend with the bandanas but more so tradition with old world Europe women would wear them to keep their hair tidy and clean while they cleaned and worked. Its also a modern ish day version of Victorian era would wear bonnets during the days when it was improper to have their hair down.
