Day in my Life Vlog: Christmas Eve [CC] 

I thought I’d do a vlog as something different and take you through my day. A lot of my day evolves around my health and my symptoms like it takes me a while to be able to fully sit up in bed in the morning, or I do my bedtime routine early before I get too tired. I’m grateful I’m able to spend time outside my bedroom but I’m still restricted and I still spend most of my time in bed but since moving to my new home it’s been much better for me and given me more freedom.
I didn’t want to film too much as I know longer videos can be more difficult to watch for some of my videos so I tried to just capture snapshots of my day.
It was difficult not having a morning carer but I enjoyed being able to join on zoom a MfW.

Usually my days are much much slower paced and have less on than on this day. I definitely think I might try to do more Day In My Life vlogs in the future when my health permits - I was quite worn out from both the day and filming on top of it and my pain levels were quite high come night time and I was quite exhausted the next day - not what I was planning to feel like for Christmas Day as Christmas Eve was meant to be a chilled out day. My activity limit is usually 20-30 minutes so I usually find it helpful to set a timer on my HomePod which I did when I did some colouring in this video.
