I know this wasn’t your intention, but giving the aides a smaller gift than the teacher can send the message that the aide serves a less important role. When giving gifts to show appreciation to multiple people, definitely make sure they’re comparable so you’re not unwittingly making someone feel less than.

@@sarahneack I completely agree. Any thought is so nice obviously. But as a teacher assistant myself, I would feel bad if I was given a lesser gift than the "main teacher" because we honestly do an equal amount of work in the classroom.
I had the same thought.. my daughter had 2 teachers in prek and they both worked super hard with the kids so at the end of the year we made sure to get both of them the same thing just different colors. We've done the same thing this year with her kindergarten teacher. 🥰 I think after this school year especially ALL teachers deserve the world.

Tatum’s tummy time is impressive! I’m a PT who has worked with babies with torticollis and most babies are not that good at tummy time (my kids included haha).

our dance studio won't even let adults come inside. we have to drop off in parking lot and then pick up. we can't see any practice other than what she does at home. everything is a surprise when recital comes around!

@@tarahenderson All 5 of my children loved going to the Dentist too.. I agree with you.. What kid doesn't enjoy getting to chose from the treasure chest. Plus stickers and new tooth brush lol. Im glad your Girls enjoy it as well..

You don’t have to prove anything about shays hair. Let them be imperfect sometimes, life isn’t always PERFECT and you pointing out little things like that to them will definitely cause hang ups in the future.
