Hi there. I and my two best friends just did this a week ago. Our plan was to go to Barnes & Noble and look as long as we wanted. We were there over three hours. It was wonderful! All I got was a Daphne's Diary. 😊 I live for "planners"! Just seeing them all lined up there made me so happy! I'm an old gal, and it's interesting what I needed in my planner at the different stages in my life, it's constantly changing.
Take it from someone who didn't sleep for years, but now can, I only use my bed for sleeping, applying creams and lotions, watching a candle, praying, and petting my dog.NEVER a phone or computer (too much Beta) keep it cool and darkish before sleep..This way your brain knows that this is a Theta/Delta brain wave place and it is safe to start sending melatonin for sleep.
