I have been trying to get together a business plan a what not to open me a tiny cafe I’m thinking about buying a shipping container and renovating that really cute I’ve have wanted to open a cafe my whole life even though I’m only 17 I think I can still make it work and this video really inspires me to do it

They have small window AC units for about $100. They work really well. That would make it really comfortable in there. They may even be on sale due to end of season. My friend bought 2 last summer for 88 dollars at Walmart in there clearance section. I really like your little setup. It's cute.

I'd imagine it's pretty hard to take the orders and make the drinks by yourself. I'm impressed! How many drinks per hour do you typically find yourself making? Also, definitely going to have to try your white chocolate cold brew drink. That thing looks delicious!

Love what you're doing, but i think your espresso quality could be so much better if you extracted them correctly (i.e. timing and weighing), i'm also not sure if your grinder does the tamping for you or not but that would help too. It's definitely worth it to explore the third wave coffee world.

It totally depends on the brand you choose. We put another 15-20k in just on the machines alone because we chose the best of the best for everything and brand new. You could always shop used, or cheaper brands. Totally depends!
