Robin, I loved this so much! What wonderful and bittersweet memories! I remember when my son and his fiancé graduated - the moving process, cleaning out the apartment, etc..... Oh Robin, thanks for sharing this with us. I was surprised that I did get a little emotional watching this. So sweet to see these young people moving on from college to real life. So exciting that they are going to get married. I can picture you in the not too distant future with a granddaughter. HA! That would be so fun for you after all the boys. I live on the German side of Lake Constance. Switzerland is just across the lake about 11 kilometers away. I can see the lights in all the little towns and the snow in the mountains. Thanks for sharing. That was beautiful. At Daniel's graduation from Intermediate School the teachers and other staff lined up and waved to the kids in the vehicles. Also handed us parents some things. Daniel got some shirts and art supplies as that's one of his interests. For the start of his Middle School, he has been elearning which is school at home but with school support. It was one of our options and we took it since we are already familiar with Schoology and we were worried about this year's cold and flu season. We were able to select again for the next semester but since it starts in our coldest month we opted to continue as is. He has a live conference with a teacher Monday through Friday and one with a speech therapist on Fridays except on holiday breaks. His teacher structured it so he has no paperwork to do. Everything is online. They did included some non instructional days where he just had to read a kid friendly article.
