I do a vitamin D Gummie from Target. (The target brand) I have to take extra because I have a vitamin d deficiency. I hated swallowing all of the pills.

I’m a huge believer in good quality vitamins and I also used to get sick from certain ones. Especially the hard tablet vitamins. Look into Andrew Lessman vitamins out of Las Vegas. They’re spendy but since I’ve switched 5 years ago I haven’t gotten sick once!! Enjoyed the content! Thanks!

Try taking the Vitamin D with food. Also, swapping to another brand may make a difference. Fortunately I live in a land of sunshine, so between milk and being outside regularly, my bone density is officially great~

About the pain caused by the vitamin, try taking the vitamin after the largest meal of the day. That way, your stomach lining is protected by the food that's in there

Hi Jack! Well, that was a fun video. You should do more. You look like your Mom. It is great that you both can go out to lunch. Thank you for sharing the Vitamin D problem you have. The other day I took 2 tablets of 1000iu liquid. Usually, it does not bother me, but I got the stomach issue too and now I know it had to be the Vitamin D since I took it on an empty stomach. Did you take yours on an empty stomach? Your dogs are so cute! Is the puppy also a Pug?

Wow I could never live in that cold . Gets about 29 here in north Florida for a few days at the coldest . 😅I’m from north Cali …. The lowest I can do is the 30’s 😂would you guys ever move to a warmer climate…. With all the fam of course ! Love the Missoni robe too😅😊

Love the pups! I have some vitamins I had to switch brands because they gave me such a stomach ache. I switched to a coated vitamin rather than a liqui-gel, and it definitely helped. Best of luck!

I get calcium together with vitamin D in chewy gummy form from Amazon. They’re berry flavored. They’re pretty good and I’ve never had any trouble with them.

Hi, just curious. Have you and Ryan thought about using a spare room in your house to use for your business/ storage?---it would save you time and money from storage rental fees? Just thought I'd ask. Be me, I'd convert a spare room/ bedroom for the business...it's just something you'd have to think through. Sofa-beds work great for random company that might show up...again, just a thought.

You might be allergic to something in that vitamin. You may want to switch to a coated tablet if they exist-I don’t know.

I was about to mention that about regular gel caps too! Jack, when you find out exactly what they're made of, that alone might make your tummy turn!🥴 🤢 Any kind of gelatin, unless it specifically says something like plant-based, vegan, or vegetarian, then it is made from made animal skin or bones. You can also buy vitamin D in oil form, which is dispensed with a dropper. That's how I take mine! 😊
