DAY IN THE LIFE | COOKING NEW RECIPES | WALMART HAUL | CHRISTMAS OUTDOOR DECOR | JESSICA O'DONOHUE
Welcome back to a new day in the life vlog! We are doing some cooking and trying out a new recipe as well as finishing our outdoor Christmas decor and a Walmart haul!

Baked Rotini:
1 package of Breakfast sausage or Italian sausage
1 tbs. chopped rosemary
1/2 tsp. Roasted red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbs. Italian seasoning
3/4 box of Rotini
1 jar of pasta sauce
1 heaping cup of Ricotta cheese
1 bag of shredded mozzarella
1 cup grated parmesan
After you cook and drain your pasta, add a little olive oil so that the noodles don't stick.
Brown your sausage and add Rosemary, Garlic, Red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Stir
Add pasta sauce and let simmer for about 2 minutes.
Add 1 spoonful of mixture to noodles and stir.
Layer 1/4 of meat and pasta sauce mixture in the bottom of your 9x13
Add half the ricotta
Then all of the noodles
Add remaining pasta sauce and meat mixture
top with remaining Ricotta
Add mozzarella and Parmesan
Bake for 20-25 minutes on 350.
