Day In The Life (Gluten Free Cafe, Curry Meal Deal + Protein Pancakes!) 

WOW this may just be the most chaotic vlog I've ever made but filled with lots of gluten free goodies! I hope you enjoy coming along with me and my chaotic energy for a fun gluten free day or work and play!
First up I made a BANGING gluten free breakfast, signed some of my book and headed to a gluten free cafe called Charlie's in Barnstaple to deliver them! I then got a haircut (basically the whole reason I filmed this!) and headed home for a chicken soup lunch, an afternoon of Zoom calls and recipe testing a new protein pancakes recipe. Finished off with an M&S curry deal which has some great gluten free options - enjoy!!!
