I feel like covid skewed how we view our age.. we were kinda robbed of those years so we don't feel as old as we are

February 22 I will be turning 32 and people always tell me I look like I’m 19 or 20 years old even though I will be turning 32 next month on the 22nd of February. That’s life every single one of us will age and get old , so the best thing we can do for ourselves and body is to eat healthy food, workout, sleep and drink lots of water

At 43 people thought I was 28. You look great! You are not missing much in Canada. When I was a kid in Montreal, the dogs were left to roam free. They of course had their collars and identification tags, but everyone in the neighbourhood knew them and they knew each other as well. Of course they peed and pooped wherever they wanted. In winter there was yellow snow everywhere, and plenty of accumulated poop when spring arrived.

The Botox sweat rant has me DYING! I feel like my hair gets more sweaty and chest for sure.

Nice long visit to CR - you were lucky to miss out on a terrible Toronto winter.

Get out in that lineup girl!! It took me years to give myself permission to paddle out when the pros are out. Thats so many opportunities to enjoy myself! Sit wide and a little further out, get a mid-sized or longer board so you can catch them earlier and send it! the best surfer out there is the one having the most fun! Best of luck on your journey!

I turn 34 on 2/26 and I'm sort of, just past the stage I think you're in, WRT birthdays. Stick with me for a sec >> For the last several years, I've been EXISTENTIAL as a MF about being "over 30" and stuff. But when I look around -- aIll my friends are turning 30-36 and it just looks SO good on everyone? Everyone is sexier than they were 5-7 years ago, they're more confident, more career established, more self-secure, they're truer in their bones, more creative, more present.... And you are too. 26 year old you has NOTHING on 31 year old you -- not in looks even -- but especially in everything else. The stuff we both know matters. So here's what finally broke me thru: What does "26" (or any "ideal/younger" age) LOOK like? What does 26 FEEL like? What about me feels 26 still? Why? Write this all down with real words and answers. THEN What does 31 look like? What does it feel like? What about you feels 31? Why? Notice that they're the same person. Notice that you STILL HAVE all the magic of 26 while harnessing the YET UNDISCOVERED POWER of 31. You GET BOTH! They can't take the 26 out of you. They can't take the 19. They can't take the 12, 7, or 3! This reframe, plus watching women in their 60s, 70s, and 80s do hot shit -- that's what helped me. Watch CHER or JANE FONDA or any older woman talk about being 50 like its their youth, and 31 feels different. DON'T imagine 31 as the frumpy middle-aged woman who doesn't go out and doesn't feel desirable and is "past her prime" -- because THAT is propaganda to keep men hot and women sad. Fight that shit. They're just trying to sell you something. IMAGINE 31 as you want it to be, and make it so. It's truly that simple. And it's the same advice at 42 and 71 and 90. I hope this helps. Happy belated birthday girl! Funny how you experience becoming 31. I just became 35 and many people say I still look like I am in my twenties. For me it was never about age, it was always about how I look. Wouldn't you love to be in your forties and still look the same as you do now? And having fun fooling people...

I’m 31 and I still feel like I’m in my 20s. I also look way younger than my age so maybe that adds to my non acceptance that I’m actually in my 30s! Haha but seriously it’s just about your mindset, if you feel youthful then you are!
