Yes!!! Mom guilt is such a real thing. I live with autoimmune and chronic illness, so there are good and bad days. Hubs and kids are helping me to accept that some days it's ok to have a fend for yourself or takeout night. No guilt ❤

I usually have 1 migraine a week. I do not use prescription pain meds. My pain level has not gotten worse over the years. I can manage the pain and go to work. One thing that really works for me is peppermint oil on pressure points, areas that hurt and under my nose to cut the nausea. This might work for you.
Omgosh, I miss those days 😢. I have two girls and a boy too. Those young years of your children’s lives are the best (although you don’t realize it at the time). Sometimes it can seem overwhelming but what is that saying that the days are long but the years are short. It’s so true!!! Now my three are grown. I miss them sooo much but I treasure the time I do get with them. They are young and busy just like I was at their age. You have a beautiful family, Emily!! I enjoyed this video so much!! Brought back a lot of great memories.

Hi Emily, you remind me of myself when I was a stay at home mom. Two boys and a girl. It seems like just yesterday and now I am a grandma with two boys and a girl with a little girl to be born in July. What a blessed life I have had. Still being blessed when all the family gets together at our house including four dogs. It’s noisy and wonderful. When they all go home it’s good too😇🥰

Aww when I was a kid I use to read every morning after I woke up. We had a little room right next to my bedroom that we kept all of our books in and I’d go in there every morning during the summer to read for a little while until everyone woke up. Thank u for the memory❤
I ADORE the vlogs. I also watched Little Hoise everyday as a kid - probably have seen the whole series (every episode) a dozen times over 😅! I find it so relaxing and soothing, even today and I’m 48. 😅
