You were so calm when your focaccia dough didn’t work out. And then , you had a wonderful idea with the pita bread! I love the resilience and patience you exhibit and I’m so glad it was a successful morning despite the rain, yay!! 🙌🏼🎉😊
Good thing I'm on the wrong side of the pond, I'd be in a Diabetic coma for sure. Those morning buns and pita sandwiches look absolutely irresistible. 😋
I really like these video’s in which you show a day in your life. That you even found time to film on such a hectic day amazes me! Great that your sister wants to help. I watch you from the very beginning and I am so happy for you how things are going with your bakery. And amazing how you came up with a plan B when it turned out the focaccia didn’t rise. Those filled pita’s looked very good! And those mornings buns, I would love to taste one of those ☺. Have a wonderful day and I am looking forward to the next video.
your calm and relaxed way of working fascinates me. wow bravo! I make my sourdough breads too and you inspire me a lot. thank you for sharing different videos and with a slow food side. From Québec, Canada
Haven’t watched your videos for a while. Nice how the ‘kitchen’ evolved 😉 You’re getting more and more professional I think. Even handling catastrophic doughs. Would love to try one of your tasty looking emergency pita. A pleasure to see your success. Keep on going and best wishes from Germany.
“The great focaccia incident of 2022”. I’m sitting here at a safe distance behind a computer completely freaking out on your behalf while you gracefully pivot with pita bread 😂 Thank you for sharing your journey and experiences.
falafel is the last thing i expected to see here :D but wow there is no better breakfast than falafel on such a rainy day BTW i had the same problem with my sourdough ciabatta dough yesterday and it took forever to final proof even though it never came out the same .
Love following your microbakery journey Lily :-) What is that bit of equipment you have that marks the dough for the buns? That would be really helpful :-)
