DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHARGE NURSE | NIGHTSHIFT| 3 NIGHT STRETCH 

I know how you feel about not sleeping during the day. I'm a night shift charge nurse too and idk if it's because my mind is still racing or anxiety but it's hard for me to sleep during the day now too. Even though I take Benadryl. Please let me know if this has gotten better for you! And idk about you but I'm not out of staffing either. I charge with usually 5-6 patients.

I have been following you lately since I am hoping to start a nurse residency and you are doing awesome! Already a charge nurse! You go, girl! I am scared to start but hopefully, it will get better! Good luck with your surgery!

Many of us are not going on vacation because of Covid. lol. We deal with it....lol
