I just found your channel and watched a few of your videos and you hit the nail on the head with these going over what a CSM role is. If I may ask, how has the transition been going and training going in the new role?

I’m working with a Saas company a friend mine owns and we are implementing this role. So I’m creating it from scratch. What’s some important processes you see that goes on when onboarding new clients?

Having a good CRM communication and processes in place far as how long a new customer stays within implementation.

how did you learn what are the things you need to do as a CSM? like how would you tackle multiple accounts?

A lot came from shadowing senior CSM at my company. Seeing their tips and tricks they use to track everything. I learned that everybody does it different just have to find a way that works best for you. For me I like to me make sub folders in Outlook and set rules for accounts to go to certain folders when they email me.
