I think the beginning of these "day in the life" videos are so funny. They always start with the person waking up in their bed, and I can never stop thinking about the person actually waking up, setting up their camera, lying back in bed, and pretending to wake up for the clip. I dont know why but its hilarious to me.

Good question! I offer light research for blog writing, depending on topic, but for website copywriting and product descriptions, it’s important that my clients provide all of the specific facts for me in a complete brief.

How did you get to that level of confidence and professionalism doing copywriting on fiverr? I feel like i still don't know a lot of things. If a buyer requests a revision does fiverr give me more time or will my delivery be considered late?

I’ve always been confident in my work and ability to learn (academic and otherwise), but I’m also very self-critical, so I expect a lot out of myself. I have a growth mindset and actively seek answers when I have questions. Plus, I take feedback really seriously - both as a way to improve and also for validation. 😊

Oook, so... I'm binge-watching all your videos because I would LOVE to be a copywriter. I've been writing blog posts and descriptions and all kinds of stuff since I was 12 (you know, at a very level :)) ) and I believe I have the basic skill to start with, BUT I have to begin the learning process - which I am confident in, but there's a lot of self-doubt going on. :( I have tons of questions, but one of them is particularly wondering in my brain: How did you start learning? What did you do to learn? Courses? Practice? Damn, I have so many questions. :)) Please forgive me for bothering you, but you will see more questions from me spread across all your freelance/copywriting videos. :)) Also, you might've already answered my question in another video, so I apologize for that in advance. Thank you, you're an inspiration! :)

I'm totally self-taught and I learned on the job. I've always been good at writing and have enjoyed it. I also kept up a daily blog for 4 years, which gave me tons of practice and a chance to nail down by personal style. Looking back at my first few orders (my most recent video series), it was *garbage*. Absolute laughable trash. But cheapo buyers paid $5 for it, and I dove right in to start learning. That's exactly what I recommend.
