You make your cakes in a very different way to us UK bakers, your butter cream looks really hard, we make ours a lot softer, and the ingredients you put in the mixer are not the same as we use, we mix butter and sugar together together first for 10 mins then add eggs flour and baking powder, we never wet our cakes with sugar syrup like a lot of Americans do, I see you don’t either which is good, we always use a preserve in our cakes as well as buttercream otherwise it’s flavourless, we also butter our tins and the grease proof paper on top so the cakes come out easy and are not greasy,
Wow, you sound too lofty, like those folks. I've seen in comments on other videos, who always mud-sling against the U.S. to make their countries and their ways of doing things sound SO much better . Think you can do better ? Make your OWN baking videos, post them, and we'll see . Hope you're a CLEAN cook, because criticism goes BOTH ways .
