Lately, I have also been thinking about how maybe being alone isn't so bad and I practised that in uni today, not by pushing people away but just learning to do things by myself not worrying whether I will look like a 'loner' or whatever and it's been good. Plus I learnt you can't really be truly alone cause someone is always gonna come up and talk to you and stuff, like I'm not invisible after all🤷‍♀😂😅

I don’t know how to explain but sometimes it feels ‘weird’ to say no to social activities while my agenda is empty, haha! 😅 I hope your doing good and that the changes the upcoming months are good ones.. Hopefully we don’t have to worry! 💋

I can definitely relate with the need to be alone. I love spending time with people but I do love my alone time too ❤ I like my granola golden brown so I keep it longer in the oven but I mix it quite often otherwise it gets burnt too quickly 😅 I also add some shredded coconut 🥥

I would suggest oils that not trigger inflammation in the body. Sunflower can cause inflammation. Great ones are olive, coconut and avocado.
