From colleges like MICA, you get brand manager roles, in other top campuses, you get marketing roles after 1-2 years, but can also get direct marketing roles in the beginning, for example, Cipla hires brand manager role directly from campus
@@1prthm yes bro ,it is true, 60-70 percent roles are for sales only, even in BLACKI they offer Area sales Manager role in the campus, but One should stay hopeful that they may get marketing roles because there are so many different roles are provided now, loke marketing analytics, etc
@@1prthm See, of you want to go into marketing, I think you should not think about the sales aspect, you can try switching your job into marketing if you get such role

I have 57% in 10th And 73% in Diploma And 75% in BTech.(All from tier 4 clg) I have work ex also of 6 months and currently working. Is there any chance of me getting into Blacki. If i scored 99%ile will i get into Blacki or FMS please help me with this query, i didn't get the answer anywhere, this only thing is holding my cat preparation.
Difficult to say about all old IIMs, but for some you may not be eligible, plus Btech makes it even more difficult. FMS is possible however, other than that MDI, XLRI too.

I think I'll depend on if your dream company actually comes on campus. If they don't, the chances are slim as is because they do do a lot of their hiring from SIPs. Although you can try your luck with an external hire. A quick way to get a leg up would be the topper or within the top 5%ile of your batch. Coming out on top of any group of MBA grads is not insignificant and any company worth their metel will recognize that.
its too early for CAT preparation, if you start from now onward then at the time of actual CAT preparation (6 months before exam) you will lose the spark of studying, 1 year is enough. You can start passive preparation like solve Rubiks cube, play chess, sudoku, reading books etc
