As a newly qualified pharmacist I love seeing pharmacists from the across the world and the similarities and differences in our profession thank you for posting this, can’t wait for more! 💕
I'm currently a student pharmacist and your videos give me comfort. I hope I'II be a registered pharmacist in the future too, you inspire me a lot 🙏 please upload more videos🥺
Hiii! Thank you so much for your video! I was totally absorbed while watching:D I'm pharmacist from Russia and it's pretty similar except for amount of calls you have (we have few and only if we have time). Your vlog is really cozy
Awesome video. I’ve only just seen it now haha. It’s heavily impressive that you can handle working in pharmacy on your own (or with one other colleague) for as long as you do in the day. From a Pharmacist from the UK 😊
Asslamo Alikum Davin. Im pharmacist from Pakistan its really interesting and informative vlog regarding community pharmacists its seems like we health professional are on same platform globally to help community to stay healthy and privide safe medication. Really appreciated
Hey! I am a pharmacist in Belgium, and i was wondering if the pharmacy in Korea has dermatology equipement to analyze the skin of the patient. So that you know which kind of dermatology product the patient needs. I hope you have a wonderful life and i am proud of your work!
Hi 😊 No we don’t. In Korea, analyzing/diagnosing the patient is not the scope of a pharmacist. Only doctors can diagnose here. Also, there aren’t really that many different dermatology products (in terms of ingredient) that you can buy over-the-counter so i always tell the customer to speak with a doctor if what i gave them doesn’t work. Do you have those equipment in Belgium?
@@davin__ no i heard from a friend who visited a Korean pharmacy that they had it and with dermatology product i also mean like cosmetic product you can get over the counter for dry skin etc..
hii does chemical engineering has similarities with pharmacy? for example can I product pill from plants with chEng? or knowing good about plant extracts? thank you
Hey!! This video is fabulous I have a question, what is the scope of R&D in South Korea in pharmacy field. I wanted to pursue master's in pharmacology so I am curious Thank you 💕 and keep posting such good stuff 😊
Thank you so much Rashmi!☺️ I would say the scope of R&D in Korea is similar to other countries such as from discovering new drugs, going through clinical trials to getting it approved from the Korean FDA.
Hello ! I love your content and I hope you'll continue to do wonderful videos like these !👌 Just a question: So I'm 17 years old and starting university this year in Switzerland 🇨🇭, where I'll study Pharmaceutical Science ! Besides, I have already lived 4 years in South Korea when I was younger. To be honest, I found this country wonderful and gorgeous in every field of live, and I'd love to return to Korea. Nevertheless, when I'll finish my studies, what jobs can I do in South Korea ? And do you think it is indispensable to master the Korean language ? Thank you very much ❤❤
Hi thank u xx congrats on starting uni:) Given your major, perhaps working at a international pharmaceutical company like roche, pfizer, novartis, merck seems like a possibility to me. Since 2 out of 4 of those companies are Switzerland based, maybe start working there and look for opportunities to work abroad. And for the Korean language, i’ve seen ppl who didn’t speak Korean at all when i worked at one of those 4 companies in Korea. However, they were highly experienced in their field. Hope this helps!!❤️
@@davin__ Okay I see. Thank you very much for these informations. If you have already worked in the pharma industry, how did you find it ? And what jobs are available in a pharma company ?
@@nafistyles793 There are many positions in a pharmaceutical company from marketing, sales, RA, QC, QA, to MI and much more. You can check out job posting at websites like glassdoor, but for me i think looking for it directly on the XYZ company’s website is the most accurate and uptodate.
Hello can foregen get phramacyjob in south korea , I am sri lankan , which colifications do i need to be phramacist in south korea can you help me to it please
Your video is awesome although simple but enough to show our work routine . I would like to know how many personnel or pharmacist working together with you in the shop ?
Question if we go to a pharmacy in korea for nausea and we're given 3 items are we meant to take all 3 items at once? Sorry if this is random. Much appreciated if ur able to respond!
Hi Milena😊, i would have to know what the 3 items are to give u an answer. Honestly though, 3 items seem a bit too much. (Without me knowing the situation ofc)
@@davin__ thank you so much for responding! The pharmacist gave us 3 items A pill packet with this on the label 말 레 부 틴 트 리 메 부 틴 말 레 산 염 100mg A second pill packet with this label 탄 시 나 정 탄 산 수 소 나 트 륭 (kp)500mg, 침 강 탄 산 칼 슝 (jp) 10mg And a liquid with this label 멕 시 롱 돔 페 리 돈 75 ML The person who was feeling nauseous only took the first packet since we weren't sure if we would take all of the medication together or separately? Or 2 things at once. We tried to look it up but not much was appearing again I really appreciate ur response!
Hi Nazifa, i guess it would depend on whether you’re able to learn Korean. Nothing is impossible in my opinion. However, i think it’s more important to start with why. Why do u want to study pharmacy specifically in Korea?
Actually I'm so much pashionated with this subject.I love to study biological sciences.Pharmacy is a great and very interesting subject which is directly related with helping patients. And I'm very excited and looking forward to study pharmacy in Korea which is my dream country as well as a developed country where studying might be the dream of many...I'm just very nervous as studying pharmacy in Korean language is difficult according to many and as a international student many are approaching me not to take pharmacy because they feel like impossible but i want to study pharmacy in Korea please can you recommend some universities if know where there is pharmacy for international students and i can take the courses in English. But,also please guide me if i don't get pharmacy in English to start in Korean language is it difficult?or impossible?
Hi Pharmacist from Pakistan want to move in south korea looking for opportunity. Can south korean pharmcist law allow me to work as a pharmacist there? Thanks kindly reply me 감사함니다
Dear Unnie❤Can you please tell me what to study to become a pharmacist wheather I have to do pharm b +pharm m or pharm d? If you will guide me I will be very greatful ❤🤗
Hi Zahra! I’m assuming you’re asking how to be pharmacist in Korea (since that’s all i know) In Korea, you get a bachelor degree in pharmacy in order to become a pharmacist! No masters degree needed:)
Hey 안녕 I want to ask that what is the scope of clinical pharmacist in korea? If I want to get job (after doing pharm d) in korea do I have to pass the licence exam?
Does a pharmacy have a lot of money? I want to be a doctor, but my father and mother want me to be a pharmacist, so I ask: Does a pharmacy in Korea have a lot of money? If someone answers me, I will be happy.
@@davin__ i complete my bachelor's of pharmacy in India..and what's the next step to work as Clinical pharmacist in sk? If the sk hospitals have haspital pharmacist post ?;
I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy and I feel some tension while working in the pharmacy. Can you suggest me books or things to develop my skills as a beginner pharmacist? 🥲☹
Hi Raneen!🥰 i remember feeling the exact same way, maybe even more when i started working at the pharmacy. I think the key is to just getting the hang of it as you work. Also, not a book recommendation, but not only learning stuff but writing about it, or making a video about it, or talking with other pharmacist friends about it helps a lot since our job is to communicate with ppl!! Also, if you get Qs from patients that you don’t know the answer to, either look it up at the spot and tell them or if that’s impossible, just tell them honestly that you don’t know and you’ll let them know after you’ve done your research. Honestly, getting questions from ppl helped the most to me. Hope this helps!
