Got yourself a Keeper there mate. Stunning and handy with a camera. Keep up with the hard work, looking forward to seeing you boss the Championship with us again next Season 😉😅
Love the videos man they are top class. Went out today and did the 3 min on and 90 sec off and I was literally seeing stars after the 5th set. Managed to sustain 800m + for all sets.
Hahah love that Clayton. 👊 Yhh it's a tough session but definitely one that's worth it! It sounds like you're at a good level of fitness already. You play football?
Wicked vid! Can’t wait for the next one 💪🏼 Also the beach outfit is defo giving off bananas in pyjamas vibes but you wear it well mate👌 don’t think many people could pull that off like you have
I’ll tell my whole story in a video soon, got scouted at 12 by Chelsea and Southampton. Always took things seriously but would say there’s added pressure once you leave school to play full time after year 11 👍
HI Ryan. How u ever felt so exhausted during a training?? like u feel like u dont have anymore energy to go on with ur training? I had a situation where I felt really good and after 50 minutes.. I got cramps and didnt have any more energy to train.. But Im happy I finished the team session tho. But I was so bad last 30 min when we got to play.. How, do I deal with this next time? Btw, I did not eat any sugar before training either.
Do you have a programme to help us improve our football skills? It would be good to watch you sit down and discuss in detail. Thanks ryan and keep up the good videos. 🏋️♀️
greetings from Greece! I love Wycombe but i want you to come to Kalamata FC cause you are great player and you will help to get promoted to Greek Super League!
Great video as always ! 🐐❤️ Want to ask you a question about CB. Recently i asked you what should CB/RB player work on and i said i have more experience as a CB but im not the tallest so you told me it doesn’t matter which is absolutely right. And want to ask you what should i train on every session ?
What you should work on as often as possible is your weak foot, agility, 1 vs 1 defending, heading. These things will help you out. Stay tuned for the next episode. Got something that will help you guys out. Also, stay tuned for ep.7 👀
@@tafazolli Also 1 more question. I have to work on my stamina because at higher intensity i wont be able to play full 90 minutes. So is it enough if i train for stamina once per week or I should do more ?
@@Blagovestblagoev Yhh work on your stamina more often than once a week. If you take a look at Ep.2 and Ep. 3, there's some really good running sessions in those videos. They'll really help you improve on your stamina. Also, do sessions that'll help improve your muscle endurance.
@@tafazolli Is there any way i can contact you ? Email or Instagram if possibble to send you my weekly schedule, because im so curious if it's good or bad. Also in the schedule i've included lower body and upper body workouts.
Hey Lucy, how old is the person that’s been released? At the time it is tough to take, but in the long run it’s not big deal at all. On average, players in the England team have been released at least once at some stage in their careers. It happens to the best of players.
@@lucycollins2655 It's always good to remember that some of the best players in the world have been released/not made it at the start of their careers or started from the very bottom. Great example is Jamie Vardy. Look where he came from and where he is now. Work harder than everybody else. If you say you're going to train, make sure you stick to your word and you train. Create good habits and slowly you will build your confidence up. Also, check out ep. 2 of my offseason series where I talk about visualisation and meditation. I talk about how they have helped me mentally going into games. Hope this helps Lucy!
Yhh it you take a look at Ep. 2 and Ep. 3 of my offseason series, there's some really good running sessions in those videos that'll help to get you fit and lose fat.
You should do a video more tailored toward nutrition... Seems like you know your stuff in this dept. and it's a side of things that I believe people often neglect / don't know enough about
Strange question. I live in Cyprus but from Wycombe. Do you change your sessions dependent on weather conditions, humidity, etc. I ask because humidity here is Cyprus is a problem and makes cardio harder than compared to the UK for example.
@@tafazolli No I didn’t, do you always keep a toothbrush at your locker during a match? I feel like the manager would be pissed if I was brushing my teeth during the halftime talk 😂
@@Amelie.g373 A great book to start with is Atomic Habits by James Clear. Read that book and once you've read it, let me know and I'll tell you another book 👌
