I'm pretty interested to know what a full week looks like. Whenever I watch your videos or Lionel's or Sam's, you guys are always doing what looks like VO2 max work in the run. How do base miles fit into your training (or do they not)? If they do, what's the ratio of time spent on speed work vs endurance/base? Curious for my own training. Thanks

Yeah I would be interested in that too. But for pros normally about 90% of the time running is spent at low intensity and 10% at medium to high intensity (TID is varying sightly over the course of a season). Four out of five runs should purely be low intensity with the fifth one including the intensity paired with an adequate WU and CD.
