My maxis 5 sessions per day and I put notes, blog post, youtube record, editing and upload in my daily schedule. I typically do all my notes at the end of the day or within the scheduled times. I also schedule time on sundays to have all notes completed for the prior week. Finally, I have a late cancellation and no show policy and $50 fee that I discuss upfront and revisit when needed. I also waive the fee for emergencies at my discretion.

I know you didn’t really ask and you were just sharing- I do think you should just book the 4 sessions for the day to not overwhelm yourself- And if someone cancels then maybe do something selfcare related. Reading it quick workout? ayeee that’s amazing that you have seen the money come in with your two weeks off!

I’m a clinical intern at an outpatient community center and I like to start my notes and finish them after my last client of the day (so I give myself 30min it’s at the end of day to get some started and if possible completed, but if I’m not able to finish atleast I started it so the first hour of work the next day I check emails, texts and finalize my case notes before my new day of clients/notes)
