I think any client would be appreciative of any gift no matter when it arrives.Not you riding in the car with a whole forrest in your car lol. Ummmm the vase definitely looks like dark chocolate and not black to me. Awe hey baby Zoe making a cameo appearance in the video ❤❤❤ The champagne glasses are super cute . What in the actual audacity was those doughnuts about.0/10.. return to sender.. FAT WHERE?? Girl why did I think your husband was popping the balloons before the event started 😂😂😂😂. I love how long the kitchen island with the sink. Its perfect for entertaining guests and having a buffet setup on top of it . I love the game room/lounge area upstairs and that bathroom is such a great size for a secondary bathroom. Lol I want a bidet as well😂 The pantry is a nice size especially since they currently dont have one. The racks on the wall in the laundry room is a genius idea. Yes we appreciate and love all the consistency. No don't put anything up in that area,its going to look crowded.🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 Of course I'm still here at this point in the video. Lol you saying the car needs a bath. Yes definitely wait until its set in stone before announcing it. Like when you are a speaker at the next investfest . That's a pretty big backyard. I love the exterior of the last house . What is the purpose of thr bkue tape you were adding around the house?

Hi beautiful!!! I appreciate you so much !!! Have you fallen in love with plants yet? I can’t resist!!! My client has me hooked 😅. That vase was definitely chocolate. I had to return it. I love the plant and vase I have now. I can’t wait to show you! Alan had us laughing 😂 😂😂. He is the best. I totally forgot to film during the event, so much was going on. I am happy you agreed you agreed about them donuts! They should have been free. How insane ?!? The blue tape is to make sure that the house is PERFECT when you move in. It’s to make sure the home doesn’t have any cosmetic issues that we can address prior to move in.
