yea man it’s called imposter syndrome. everyone has it, most important thing is to stop comparing yourself to others, and to only focus on your personal growth. as long as you are improving everyday that’s all that matters man. keep at it and don’t get down

WLB can be intense and largely on what team/product you're working on. there definitely are a lot of very smart and hardworking engineers here. I'd say it's similar to Meta/Amazon WLB overall

wlb is highly team dependent, I'd say my team is actually on the good side, normal would probably be between 40-50 hours depending on team, some intense weeks you may put in more hours
