Of course she's going to seem different, she's just had a massive life change with moving out and moving in with Olivia. I, myself, have just moved in with my friend and it's a whole new life experience. Cut her some slack guys, she's young and figuring things out. Remember #bekind ❤️

from a chronic insomniac, these are a few things you could try to help you get to sleep: - cut down/out coffee (drink decaf instead!) and alcohol - do some meditation/gentle yoga before you get into bed - put down your phone/laptop for at least an hour before you get into bed - get some sunlight and exercise every day! - most importantly, you're going to have to literally force yourself to wake up earlier (even if you've only had a few hours sleep) bc then you'll hopefully start getting tired earlier! take care of yourself girl xx

I work in mental health and the best way to sort sleep problems is to set an alarm for 7am and wake up then (even if you went to bed late), do not nap in the day, and then go to sleep. And repeat this for a week! I know it’s hard but it’s the most evidenced based way of doing it

Tips with sleeping: Have a routine! Dont wake up at 2, force yourself to get up at like 10-11, try to have no naps and then go sleep at 11ish. Sleeping pattern = fixed

This video was such a nice change tbh, I've felt so uncomfortable watching lately seeing the apartment always a mess, you guys either drinking or talking about drinking excessively, getting out of bed in the afternoon just not structuring your day at all. Like, I remember when I moved into my first place alone and having my own money and like... you need to take care of yourself is all im trying to say and sometimes that involves just getting out of bed in the morning and tidying up.

Tips for sleep, try the twinings sleep tea. Its the best. Sends me to sleep an hour after taking it

Wearing An eye mask literally forces you to sleep I found them so helpful, also magnesium tablets and some natural sleep tablets from pharmacy’s (not actual prescribed ones) really help me. Also there’s night time teas that help me , and baths before bed help me. And I know everyone says it but leaving my phone outside my room an hour before I want to sleep has literally saved me, hope that’s helps because I know how awful it is not sleeping! 🤍💖xx

I struggled sleeping for a while n my mother was starting to get concerned 😂 anyways my best mate bought me a weighted blanket for my birthday and it’s soooo goodddd (I try to avoid meds etc whenever I can but nytol do a herbal medicine that’s meant to be really good too - tablets or drink. They do both) xx
