Oh my goodness, my dad was a worship pastor ALL my life and this brings back so many memories🤧 The waking up early, setting up pro presenter, band practice, choir rehearsal, recording parts, sound check, etc etc. it was so much😂

Oh wow so to facilitate a big chunk of the church you decided to have 6 serves?thats actually cool/fun lowkey but how do you handle fatigue? Im sure it’s exciting and you don’t think about it on Sunday cause it’s go go but during the weeks does it bring anxiety? If so how do you compare that? It’d be great to get a video on your POV on adjusting and dealing with demands

what’s the difference between the worship pastor and worship leader at life church ?

The worship leader is the associate to the worship pastor! But is in training to be sent out to be a worship pastor. We basically do the same job though!

Hi love! I just started out serving and then I did 2 internships at different churches. One unpaid and then one paid and then got promoted to full time 🥰♥️

@@AlwaysBlessed562 yes! I got a really good salary! It was actually too many hours for me though because I have lupus so I ended up stepping down. BUT I lived comfortably when I was a worship pastor full time. 🥰 I will definitely say though, not all churches pay enough to live off of.

@@AlwaysBlessed562 mmmm usually Friday’s off, but sometimes I would still have to work. That’s why I quit. 😅 I was totally burned out.
