I used to be in the startup scene, basically one level above this, and I remember the amount of guys like this pitching their incubator, disruptors, shitcoin, whatever at me at conferences and events. They were really obvious because they looked like clones of each other like in this video so this is weirdly relatable to me.
Except in real life its the opposite. Tonnes of studies have been done on this. Women are massively attracted to arrogance, overconfidence, and dark triad personalities

I am an european tech bro Our life is different We work crazy hours to try to sell SaaS in saturated markets 1/3 of the company are women who tend to be on maternity leave. However that is preferred than having those hyper energetic dumb bimbos bossing around. We are always worried of running out of money. Like crazy. Raising capital is quite hard here. We are always interviewing to other startups, may that one be the definitive. We dont drive teslas or lamborghinis, however we work one day for us, and one for the government, retired and lazy inmigrants, given that we are taxed over 50%. Life is fine...
