Good luck with your journey! I relate with the “corporate jargon” stuff you mentioned. I’m lucky to have a great employer and a job I’m good at, but it’s tough to stay motivated in a 9-5 when your passions lie elsewhere. So I admire you for actually taking steps to make your dreams a reality! It’s so cool that you already had an emergency fund and budget set up! Do you have a plan for retirement?

Hey there, I’ve been unemployed since Nov and struggled with the depression from losing my job, took 3mo before I tackled getting my resume put together. I actually hired someone for that who did an amazing job. I then started applying and noticed so many applying for the same job. I then learned you need to be one of the firsts to apply, and then I started getting some interviews. I came here to say that I just received an offer from one but suddenly I’m feeling a little anxiety about working again 🤦🏻‍♀️. I always loved my job and routine. I’ll work through this. Maybe I just need to throw myself back out there and it’ll all come back again. I’ll keep you posted but wanted to share since this could be something you too will experience if you end up going back to the corporate world.

I hate that whole office speak thing. Glad I'm not in that anymore. I've never heard trench warfare before. That's just awful.
