This was awesome!!! Swedes love of teaching absolutely comes thru when ur in a seminar with him - i don’t think he intends to be motivating - it he absolutely is....u leave his seminar fired up...and with a ton more knowledge.

Yes. Great book for powerlifting but can be used to incorporate in your normal workouts.

I really believe that both powerlifting and bodybuilding are incomplete sports.The one is going for power and the other one is for looks. You ask yourself a question how many people satisfied with what they see in the mirror the answer is not that many.I think there is a few people in powerlifting and bodybuilding well as strongman.Demonstrated that you can look really defined and strong as an ox.I guess what I'm saying is that some of these powerlifters simply overeating and a fat asses.Also some bodybuilders who look like they can pick up a car easily in reality it's all show they're not very strong at all.
